Where we ship

United Kingdom only. Perfume and aftershave are classed as restricted goods and cannot be sent on international services, so we don't offer overseas delivery.

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything is sent tracked.

How it arrives

Wrapped in tissue inside a black GhostOud bag, then boxed. Sprays are triple-packed with absorbent material as required for fragrance in the post.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and a further 14 days to return the item. Email us first and we'll confirm the return address.

Fragrance is a hygiene product, so we can only refund items that are unopened and unused with any seal intact. This does not affect your legal rights if an item arrives damaged, leaking or faulty — in that case send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it in full, postage included.

Refunds are processed within five working days of the item reaching us, to your original payment method.

Something arrived broken?

Photograph it before you unpack anything else and email us. Glass occasionally doesn't survive the post — that's on us, not you.
